Refund after automatic renewal

Last year I bought the Lifesafe bundle for Mc Afee support on 3 devices. I currently however lack the funds to pay for the renewal which happened very suddenly without my approval. I'd like to ask for a refund for this renewal. The renewal happened last saturday so I should still be viable for a refund. I've tried calling the number of McAfee but my call sadly gets disconnected every time. Please help!
