I would like to request for your assistance regarding the automatic renewal fee that you have charged to my debit card amounting to PHP 3,500.00. My subscription will end supposedly on July 14, 2021 but you have automatically renewed the plan last June 14, 2021 without my consent. Here's the details:

I have no other ways of communicating with you other than via email or social media only. I can't contact the numbers that was given to me.
I am hoping and looking forward that my concern will be resolved the soonest possible time.
