McAfee All Access not updating

I have McAfee All Access Internet Secuirity running under Windows 10.  It is a version provided by my ISP (Time Warner Spectrum).  The subscription is active and it is licensed to me via my registered email address.  It will NOT update either via the automatic update settings nor via manual attempts.  It never gets past the "Checking for Updates" stage.  Virtual Technician only finds a problem that the subscription has expired or is about to expire.  Not only is that not indicated in the control panel but it is impossible since this is a perpetual subscription as long as I am a Spectrum Internet subscriber.  I have been installing a new copy every week for the last couple of months but this is getting pretty ridiculous.  I have seen other folks post similar issues in the past but no helpful guidance.  Does anybody have a suggestion? I would attach the diagnostics log but it pretty much states what is written here narrowing it down to the Security Center component.   I can't quite see where I would attach a file as opposed to inserting a link.  Help, please.
