Error installing Total protection on windows 7

Mcafee website and best buy say it's supported
tried changing default browser from IE to Edge to Chrome. Allowed cookies, reduced security level nothing orks.
Uninstalled older version already
rebooted several times.
Called support 4x got disconnected or busy signal 1st 3x
4th time go useless rep kept apologizing, putting me on hold and telling me to upgrade my pc to windows 10.
So frustrated.
Tried to contact someone through chat and this is what I get!

That is not helpful at all.
Best Buy says Windows 7 is supported.
And your site has troubleshooting steps for Windows 7.
None of the reps even try to help. Nobody understands why I'm getting this internet error or how to configure my system.
Everyone just keeps spewing the same line... I'm sorry, upgrade your pc. They don't even try.
