I have a McAfee LiveSafe subscription and I think it has unlimited devices allowed (it's already installed on about a dozen) and I'm trying to install it on my sister's Windows laptop. So on the "Home device," I opened McAfee LifeSafe > My Protection > Protect more devices. I chose to share the subscription via email, which she received just fine, but when I click on the link, this comes up:
Something went wrong
Make sure you're connected to the internet.
Then head back to the previous page.
I included a screenshot. I don't think I've run out of devices. I'm using a fully updated Windows 10 and I've tried the latest version of Firefox and Chrome. I'm on Wi-fi, and I'm perfectly able to access other sites. I've tried restarting the computer, clearing cache on the browsers. I can't get it to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Stefan

My sister went ahead and bought her own copy of McAfee instead of bothering with the time and hassle of troubleshooting. Thanks for trying to help.
