It's been months and there is still no solution towards the disappearance of my VPN. I am based in Indonesia and for some reason the VPN option is no longer available.
Please McAfee address this. I paid money for your services and will be looking for a refund for something that is your fault.
You mentioned you are based in Indonesia so where was your McAfee program purchased. If India McAfee has removed this feature due to that country's requirements keep data on user's VPN use so that could be the cause.
As you are in another country maybe a mod can help you get back access. This assumes purchase in Inda.
It was purchased in Indonesia. There is a HUGE difference between India and Indonesia.
You still not got this sorted. I will try ti get a mod to help. Cannot now as on my mobile but will try tomorrow. Previously there was a requirement to have auto renewal activated. Unsure if this still a requirement.
