I see comments which suggest that "you are offline" bug (which happens when you try to update McAfee) has been solved, but in the last few days I still saw this information from time to time, when tried to scan for updates.
Additionally after every failed updates scan, new directories and files were created in $MfeDeepRem, what I also mentioned in this thread - https://forums.mcafee.com/t5/Consumer-General-Discussions/MfeDeepRem-additional-questions/m-p/704824 (please take a look also at my last comment there).
Please let me know what's going on and what to do?
Can it thinks sometimes that I'm offline also due to something related with "alert viewer" bug?
I'm using McAfee since 5 years, but I really start to have doubts should I stay with this AV.
The $MfeDeepRem case isn't properly explained anywhere, the problem with alert viewer seems to be endless and now this. 😕
Best regards.

Hello.
Windows 10 - up to date
McAfee is TP v. 16.0 also up to date - I didn't have offline screen every time when i tried to update (ah and BTW when I had it, I was on-line for sure - my connection worked in this time, only the updates scanner didn't).
Do you mean screen shot of the "you are offline" window - currently I can't take it - didn't have this today (yet?). Last time it was yesterday.
