A problem in Tracking Remover
Stuck in [ Looking for items in Internet Explorer ] without responding
McAfee program has been reinstalled more than once.
Windows has been reinstalled and updated.
The problem is still there.
Windows Edition: Windows 10 Home Single Language
Version: 22H2
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Installed RAM: 12.0 GB
McAfee Total Protection Version 16.0, Release Name 16.0 R50

I am at the point of not renewing my subscription due to Track Remover hanging up when attempting to clear Internet Explorer ... I have really raved about your product to many people because it's so comprehensive. I'm afraid if this issue is not resolved soon (by my subscription expiry date) I will be cancelling it.

How come it says "Solved! go to solution." in the top post when this problem is not been addressed yet? Is that why nothing is being done?

I am having the same problem. Why is there no solution for this issue? It appears this has been an issue in the past as well.
There will be no solution on this issue soon. I am sure. The support and community moderators handle the respective complaints without any real and additional information on this error it is very for weeks (!!!). It is a suprise that an data protection enterprise handle such an relatively significant product error in this way. I will wait until until tomorrow and cancel McAfee to install one of the rival products
