Several error message in error log after sign in.

I have several error messages in my event viewer after I sign in or restart my device windows 10 Desktop. This problem was resolved on one of my desktops but not the other by installing Version 16.0 McAfee Total Protection. Release version 16.0 R52.

When I called in today the technician on the other end of the chat after 30 minutes of questioning refused to install the new version to fix the problem. I provided him with all the details and said he would refer me to Level 2 who would call me back.

The last time I had this refearal I was without service for 4 days. Is there another person I could talk to to have this problem resolved?
