After running Scans, the security history does not show anything. It just says "There's no history for this activity and time period". I've tried re-installing and everything is up to date (including windows 11). I have run Quick and Full scans. The latest scan shows in the Security Report. I have tried selecting "Show Everything" and "For All days" but cannot get anything to appear. I've tried manually browsing to the VirusScans folder in program data and it is also empty (not sure if related or not). Any help would be great as I need to be able to prove that I have been running weekly scans.

I'm on Windows 11, version 22H2.
McAfee Livesafe is version16.0 R50
McAfee SecurityCenter is 19.20.141
McAfee VirusScan is 26.5.136
I don't know how many updates ago it was, but I've had this precise problem since December when I had to reset my PC.
Has that been the case for anyone else? Or did it seem to start out of the blue?
I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, etcetera. I'm inclined to doubt it's something we can fix on our end.
Just had to reinstall McAfee , something that I have to apparently do every year because it stops updating and some options seem to disappear.
Now if I run a scan, it doesn't show up in the security history.
I'm also used to seeing a lot of firewall messages, those aren't there either.
