Scaling in a McAfee window

New Total Protection user… just installed.  Installed successfully on Win10.   BUT….

Every window shows the contents scaled incorrectly.  Everything… all narrative, buttons, etc… runs over (past) the right edge of the window.  Troublesome; can’t read many of the buttons or dropdowns.

McAfee support unable to resolve; opened trouble ticket for “higher level” techie.  I’m trying you first.

Win10 support says you can choose alternate scaling for a single app by going to Compatibility under the .exe file Properties.  Tried it; didn’t work.  Changed the scaling on EVERYTHING and really blew my desktop up… still not fixing the problem    I don’t want to tinker with that again.

Anyone ever experience this???

Re: Scaling in a McAfee window

Hi @GrayWolfe ,

We apologize for the inconvenience. McAfee is already aware of this issue and we are working on the fix. We would recommend you to change the scaling to 100% . Also Resolution setting , we can reduce and try.

For additional assistance, you may reach our McAfee support

Regards,
Abhi
