Protection centre

I keep getting the message "It's not you, it's us." when trying to access the protection centre.

I have tried re-installing McAfee but after running a scan I still could not access the protection centre.

Any suggestions?

I have just purchased a brand new ASUS laptop and bought McAfee Livesafe Premium Plus, as part of the bundle. I am also experiencing the ‘it’s us not you’ message in the protection centre. I don’t if my new laptop security is covered now or not? Please advise how to rectify this issue.

I also have the same problem,. 

First problem with installation. And now this bull**bleep**. 


When my subscription end this will be the last subscription also. 

Mcfee lost my first place 

It's not worth you're money with so annoying set backs. And iam bored to figuar this out also.

I was sure I found new installation instructions but I haven't been able to find it when I went looking.

What does it mean? Is the software still working or does the message mean it isn't working. It clearly says it's McAfee's problem
