Need to unblock 127.2.2.2 and port 22222 UDP; how do I do it?

Self explanatory; I have a Verizon-issued version of LiveSafe (Verizon Digital Secure) and need to unblock IP address 127.2.2.2 and port 22222 on UDP. I don't know how to work the McAfee software, and the interface is confusing as all getout. Can someone help me here?

Thanks.

I tried doing that, and the software program I was using still didn't work. Are specific IP addresses blocked by the firewall?
