Installer won't start (provided by Shaw)

McAfee® Internet Security is provided with my Internet provider Shaw Cable.

After downloading the Installer (from Shaw's site), and launching it, it does absolutely nothing.  I've left CPU for 12 hours

When I open the Task Manager, it is listed as "McAfee Installer (32 bit)" , and is using ~30% of CPU usage.  See attachment.

Had to replace the HD only in my CPU, re-installed W10, now trying to install McAfee Internet Security

User already has Admin rights.

...Tried "run as Administrator"

Shaw support directed me to McAfee support.

Thanks for any help...

Bob
