Installed Total Protection but LiveSafe due to expire

I recently installed total protection for 12 months into a new laptop. When I go into my account it says I have this protection. However on the app on my laptop it mentions that LiveSafe is due to expire in 12 days and I have to renew? After 12 days am I go to lose my laptop protection? I paid for a 12 month subscription so I’m confused?
