Hello,
I have a LiveSafe subscription with unlimited licenses for devices. Whenever I go in to the https://home.mcafee.com portal though and go through the "Protect all your devices" section to get a link for a new download, the links the system sends never work. I can download for PC, which I have done and that works. But the "Send Link" will always send a link that comes to a page that says "The page no longer works". It can't be an expired link as I try it immediately, so something else is wrong. Since I can download for Windows I haven't worried about it too much so far, but now trying to protect a Mac and the download button is greyed out when I pick it. So my only option is to send a link. Any thoughts as to why?
Thanks,
Mark

Thank you @Sudharsanam_G1. It is certainly not outdated temporary files and cookies. This problem persists even on a new virtual machine with a new install of chrome and this is the first link I try to ever open on that computer. Here, try for yourself. This is a brand new link I just generated, I'm guessing it won't work for you, even if you delete your temporary files and cookies.
I do appreciate your reply and will contact support.
Thanks,
Mark
