Can't connect to LiveSafe Secure VPN in UK

Since yesterday (2-Dec-22) I have been unable to connect to the Secure VPN in LiveSafe when connected to the internet at home. When I attempt to connect to the Secure VPN, I get the message "Connecting to VPN..." and it hangs. It has been working ok for several months before now. I've tried rebooting my laptop and router. I am in the UK.
