Dear McAfee
My McAfee Total Protection alert viewer is not responding and Chromium Container Delegate is filling the memory and disk space. This has happened following a recent Windows 10 update. It is preventing me from using any internet browsers. Can you please advise how to fix this?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused!
Kindly uninstall 3rd party Antivirus and reinstall the McAfee software.
Open McAfee and open settings go to firewall and select as recommended, if issue
persists please let us know.

I discuss in another post uninstalling and running the MCRP tool before reinstalling. This appears to have worked for me.

Hi,
I don't have any 3rd party antivirus installed. Only McAfee.
This problem has been reported by more than 20 people in the last 3 days. my post was closed by a moderator without a resolution. I also no not have any 3rd party anti virus software, the alert viewer does not work, which leads to other complications with memory, CPU and disk consumption my Mcafee.
My subscription ends in a 2 months and after this type of support I think I'll go elsewhere
Since I didn't receive anything else from support, I just uninstalled and reinstalled McAfee.
Seems to be working for now.
