Adding pre-installed devices

Just got a new HP PC with McAfee preinstalled.  Downloaded LiveSafe from my account {5 devices and this one makes 3 installed}.  Still shows up as expiring on HP pre-install date.  How do I fix that.

Also how do I remove a device from my account that no longer exists?
