webadvisor

i can 't nstalled this on firefox. i have try about 10 times day i can find in on firefox add ons i have try to update my mcafee with out any lock. my firefox verson is 8.1.01 64 bit and i am running windows 10.

We are sorry for this inconvenience caused. Kindly try re installing Web Advisor in firefox add on and check the status. Kindly check for any update in fire fox browser. Ensure you change the settings in Web Advisor settings to show annotations in all search Engine.

does WA in FF work again ?

i noticed that there is a recent fix update with version 8.1.0.148 that solved the problem.

do you have already received this update ?

if not you could wait untill the update is received or doing a reinstall

How to download and install McAfee WebAdvisor

for version number you can go to Addins section

I have tale of my mcafee software of and installed the software again than web advison to work again

I had similar problem. WebAdvisor stopped working after the browser update. It might be caused because browser plug-ins such as McAfee WebAdvisor are sometimes disabled during a browser update. They are not automatically re-enabled when the browser restarts.

You can try to enable the McAfee WebAdvisor/SiteAdvisor plug-in in your browser.

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the stacked menu icon on the right.
  3. Select Add-ons.
  4. Click Enable next to McAfee WebAdvisor or SiteAdvisor.
