I recently re-installed total protection 2010 but the site advisor failed to install, so I tried re-installed it numerious times but still site advisor failed. I'm using firefox 3.6.3 what should I do?
Moved to Siteadvisor forums for better attention.
what should I do to resolve this issue?
Jerry I only moved the post to catch the appropriate peoples' attention. I'm not an expert, sorry. If noone joins in then there is always the free Technical Support Chat available via Useful Links at the top of this page.
I tried to install McAfee and the summary screen showed SiteAdvisor: Failed.
This seems to be a new issue (no old related threads, and I didn't have this problem with previous install a few months ago).
Same issue here. Reinstalls simply don't help. I'm also using Firefox (3.6.12)

The servers may be acting up. It can be installed separately if it's the regular version or simply uninstall everything, use the MCPR removal tool (Useful Links above) and reinstall after a reboot.
