leofelix, Unconfirmed Reviewer [please help]

Hi all

My user name at siteadvisor is leofelix ( http://user.siteadvisor.com/forums/member.php?u=125615 ). I had to replace  my  registration e-mail address with a different one because the previous one will be deactivated in a few days.

I logged in again to SA to post some reviews and I was unable to post.

My user name shows "leofelix, Unconfirmed Reviewer", now.

Therefore I asked for a new password (even if I perfectly remember my password), but I received no mail with an activation or confirmation link.

I asked for a new password  again: same unsucessfull results.

This occurred more than a hour ago.

I joined SA in 2007 and I'm currently a moderator at myWoT ( see: http://www.mywot.com/en/user/73776 ).

Can you please tell me what I have to do?

Is this a normal procedure, maybe?

Until someone from SA comes along I suggest you try several approaches and contact them directly.  See:  https://community.mcafee.com/message/66185#66185

Hi Ex_Britt

thank you very much for you fast and accurate reply.

I had already followed that procedure about a month ago  to submit a ticket for another reason.

I received a couple of automated replies... and  nothing could be sorted out , unfortunately.

However I'll wait until tomorrow, then I'll try to follow your kind advices.

Hopefully it is only a temporary glitch.

Very kind gesture from  McAfee since I  have been appointed as an Experienced Reviewer apparently (I was just a reviewer, I mean)

I'm experiencing a new issue:

Unfortunately I'm not able to log in now.

My password is no longer recognized for some reasons.

I have asked to reset my password a couple of  times but I'm still waiting for my new details.

It appears to me that siteadvisor do not like my ISP e-mail address:o)

I hope I am wrong.

Bravo, Peter Meyer.  Leofelix is a fine reviewer.  His multilingual talents are particularly useful for multilingual and non-English sites.  I hope that the log-in problem will be fixed soon.

sorry to bring up this thread.

Unfortunately I am still unable to log in to SA.

I have attempted a dozen of times to recover my password unsuccessfully.

I have checked my junk mail box, also.

No "confirmations" messages from SA received, so far

I have sent 2 messages to SA support (the last one on 16 th December) ,  no reply so far but a return receipt from Mark Elrdige.

Can I please know how to address this issue?

Isn't possible to receive a temporary password to the e-mail address I used to join this forum (it is the same e-mail address I used when I replaced my previous one), maybe?
