Why is my website marked with a "phishing" warning?

Hello,

I am the pastor of a small church in Georgetown, Ohio. I have recently created a website for our church, since the church, to my knowledge, did not have one prior to my arrival a couple of months ago. I went through a process to get the SSL setup the proper way. The site was working well for a couple of weeks. Then, McAfee started labeling our church website as "risky." The reason listed is that McAfee claims that we are phishing. This is not the case. We try to stay connected with the community, and offer multiple avenues for the community to stay connected with us. We are a legitimate church that has served the community since 1949. We have a daycare that has reached hundreds of families since it was founded. We currently serve over 125 kids in our community. We are well-known in our community, and have been for decades. I don't know what your basis is for saying that we are phishing, but it is simply a false allegation that has demonstrably caused a slowdown in our ability to reach our community. I would like to see how we can get this issue resolved asap. The website is www.georgetownnazarene.com. The homepage does not have the "phishing" notice, that I can see, but all of the pages of the website that I checked had the notice. Thank you, and I hope to hear from you within the next few days.
