Why is my site still gray 9 months later?

9 months ago I asked to have www.suncitywesthomesmart.com and www.suncityhomesmart.com gray ratings be changed to green... but they are still gray!  I have some another real estate websites wihich are very bacially very similar incluing www.arrowheadhomesmart.com (which was created about the same time and it has had a green rating for over a year).  So, why have these two sites taken so long to reviewed?  Like I said, the review request was over 9 months ago... and I posted a request on this discussion board 9 months ago... and nothing was done!  Can you offer any help?  Thanks.

SiteAdvisor provides URL-level ratings from McAfee® TrustedSource™ Web Database category set 4.  Note that a grey URL means that the reputation lies between green and yellow; it does not -necessarily- mean that the URL hasn't been examined! 

Reputation scores

The reputation score is similar to a credit score; it indicates the risk when visiting any URL. A higher score

represents a higher risk.

Reputation scores are incorporated into the TrustedSource Web Database to give additional protection

while you conduct business on the web. You can use this information to filter sites depending on their

reputation score.

Reputation scores have the following ratings:

There are two methods to expedite your request to get a URL re-evaluated.

1. Sign up to be a site owner at www.siteadvisor.com, and use the form at https://user.siteadvisor.com/forums/websiteOwnerVerification.php
2. Sign up for an account at www.trustedsource.org, and when you submit your URL for review, you will be able to select a check box to receive an e-mail when your site has been reviewed.
