Hi, McAfee has flagged this website as very risky / dangerous, with the category "Malicious Sites".
I submitted a request to fix this, and McAfee removed the "malicious" status.
But then the problem returned days later.
A Sucuri malware scan shows no problems with the site, so why does this keep happening?
This website is on a shared hosting service -- is there a way to tell whether the problem is with our IP address? Maybe another site on this shared host is misbehaving, so would McAfee penalize our site for that?
Also, does McAfee allow people to flag sites as risky/malicious? This is a political campaign website, and we're wondering whether the competition is trying to sabotage us by registering the site as malicious, repeatedly.
Thank you,
Joe

Ganesh, is there a way to tell which of these issues might be the problem?
I’m not sure what it means to have “affiliations with other websites”, but I believe that the other items you listed do not apply to this particular site.
This site offers no downloads; it sends virtually no emails; there are no pop-ups; and there are no detected browser exploits as far as Sucuri has detected.
The site links to ActBlue.com, NGPVAN.com, and YouTube.com, if that matters.
Thank you for any deeper insight that you can provide.

Thank you, @Former Member. Is there a way to tell what might be the cause of this recurring problem?
