Website Blacklist Removal Request

Site: www.plmat.com

Web host changed all malicious file permissions to 000 prior to them being removed. This is so they can prevent malware or phishing. The password for cpanel was changed and the password for emails were changed. cPanel and SFTP is now only accessible if the account holder's IP is whitelisted (which is not whitelisted at this time.) This will prevent breaches of cpanel, email and ftp. Please review and remove our domain from the blacklist. Thank you!

We have already requested (today) removal from Google's safe browsing blacklist and are awaiting response from them.

Re: Website Blacklist Removal Request

I have logged into Trusted Source and submitted the URL THRICE for re-categorization. Two prior tickets were rejected.

1964034

1969957

1969957

The document root only contains:

  • Norton verification file
  • .htaccess (to point to php) and
  • a simple html holding page with ONLY text,

The domain uses no database, no includes, no malicious code/files nothing!

All login/pwds changed for cPanel/FTP/Email

What else is Mcafee waiting for? Why is the domain not able to be re-categorized as safe?
