Webadvisor wont work after Windows 10 2004 update

I recently installed the Windows 10 2004 update, but after the installation when I rebooted my computer my webadvisor wont work anymore. its just a grey box and when i click on it nothing happens.

I circled it with a red oval.

Is webadvisor not compatible with Windows 10 2004?

hello,

is your browser Firefox in the picture ?

there were problems recently, however they are being fixed.there with a recent fix update to version 8.1.0.148 that should solve the problem.

do you have already received this update ?

if not you could wait untill the update is received or doing a reinstall

How to download and install McAfee WebAdvisor

for version number of the current Wa version you can go to Addons section in your browser

does this help perhaps ?

It turned out that was indeed the problem. After I updated my Firefox browser it works now.
