Still having the same problem, or is it working now?

If you still have the problem try uninstalling and re-installing WebAdvisor, that often works.(or so I am told).

Alright it works now. I didn't uninstall it. I just installed it again through that link you supplied.

Good ol' green. Isn't green a soothing color?

LOL...  Yes it seamlessly installs over your existing Version/Build. Glad that all is okay now.

All the best

Dont mean to revive this but the same problems are occurring again. The M went back to grey and when I click on the "View Site Report" I get an error page like this

Actually mine has started to do the same thing through Firefox, and I have the latest version of 57.  When I click on the icon I can get a site report and it does show the correct colors in google searches but the toolbar always has grey.  I reinstalled Site Advisor also to no avail.  It is not showing as a 'legacy' add on so it is compatible with the newer Firefox.

there are similar and other problems currently with the WA extension in IE11,FF57 and Chrome. the problems are being discussed in this thread;

After firefox update to version 57.0 Webadvisor disabled.

the WA team are aware of the problems and are working on fixing things.

hope this helps
