Webadvisor pop up

When I open Chrome, there is a pop up for WebAdvisor that says it's scanning my download for safety,  but I haven't downloaded anything. It just cycles as if it's reading a file and instead of 'finishing' it continues to cycle. I have to close Chrome and re-open it to make the pop go away. Is there a known issue and how can I correct this?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Webadvisor pop up

@WMS2555

Please uninstall WebAdvisor from the control panel and reinstall from McAfee features(Open McAfee, Click settings cog on the top right, click WebAdvisor and install it). Reboot the computer and check the status.

Siva
