Sure.  That would be fine with me.  Just let me know.  I have Teamviewer 11 installed on my system if that is of help to you.  I just installed the latest updates.

Selvan,

I am currently at 1675 MB memory on my WebAdvisor process and 69% of my memory in use.  Earlier today my system was nearly unresponsive at ~83% memory in use.  I don't know if it makes a difference in your collection process at which point in this scenario you capture the logs, but just wanted to give you that heads up, as it's possible I may need to do a hard re-boot soon.

UPDATE .... right after I finished posting this the WA process dropped to ~850 MB memory.  It promptly started climbing again and is back at 1700 MB+ within less than 30 seconds.
