Our client's website http://www.sticksonline.co.uk is queued for testing by your siteadvisor software and she has had a couple of customers call her to say that they are too worried to pay online. They don't realise that they can proceed 'with caution' so they just don't go any further. It's likely that other customers have just given up.
It would make far more sense that sites 'queued for testing' just be left alone by your software until you know one thing or the other, rather than frightening away custom to perfectly legitimate websites.
In the meantime, can you please push the testing of http://www.sticksonline.co.uk forward in the queue, as you are costing the business money at the moment.
Many thanks,
Paul
