Good day,
I have been having some troubles with the siteadvisor.com website lately.
While there is no problem accessing it in Internet Explorer 7 I cannot view it inside Mozilla Firefox browser.
Either it says "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties right now. Please try your request again later." when trying to access the front page (while at the exact same moment the front-page is reachable in IE7) or when trying to find out more information about a particular site, lets say for example
http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/google.comit gives me this error:
Mod_python error: "PythonHandler index"

Similar to
the one reported earlier in this forum.
Since I can't really contact the support (because this site is not a product and McAfee Virtual Technician cannot detect anything in my PC and thus let me contact the support) I would like to ask here whether anyone knows what could be the cause of that particular error.
I also tried clearing cache, deleting cookies, running the browser in safe mode or disabling some extensions without much help.
Also it doesn't seem to give me a similar error on any other site, thus it must be something to do with Firefox - siteadvisor.com combination.
Any advice would be welcome.
Thank you.
