SiteAdvisor False Positives to Our Site and McAfee Still Does NOT Respond!

We find that McAfee's SiteAdvisor has a history of causing False Positive Warnings to completely safe business websites.

We are victims of this wrongful defamation from McAfee. Our site is and always has been clean as verified Network Solutions, SiteAdvisor and McAfee themselves

checked and also admitted it is clean.

We have had numersous conversations with them via phone, sent emails, filled out their forms on line, etc.   

Apparently, they keep telling us that they will fix their mistake and turn off the red warnings that SiteAdvisor displays to all subscribers but it does not get done. We have been promised call backs, and followups but they apparently drop the ball.

This is costing our business and other business much loss. Just google "SiteAdvisor and lawsuit" and you'll discover more about this abuse.

We are wondering if forum member has had any success in resolving this issue. Can anyone help with this?

I moved this to SiteAdvisor from Business.

URL's can register red with SiteAdvisor for many reasons, one of the main ones being that the IP number has changed to one that has been previously used by spammers or malware etc.

The best approach is go through Trusted Source, if you register for an account they will get back to you.

As people rarely post compliments here of course all the threads will be complaints, but considering the millions of customers and billions of websites I don't think the problem is nearly as serious as you think.
