Site Advisor

Jump to solution

I have Windows Vista HomePremium 32 bit and my browser is Google Chrome. I opened my browser and my site advisor wouldn't work. I tried to reboot it several times and then reload the page and it didn't work. I ran the MVT and it said that there weren't any problems. What can I do to get it to work?

Google don't support Chrome on Vista any more - certainly you can't download it and I remember a few months ago on one of my Vista test boxes that Chrome was warning me that updates were no longer going to be provided.

Google Chrome Blog: Updates to Chrome platform support

You might be out of luck unfortunately - once Google stop supporting an OS, there's very little any app vendor can do any more.
