Thanks for the info.

According to my Security Center, Virus Scan is version 13, updated 12/23, DAT version 5473. Looks right to me. Restored all my lost games, and they were immediately removed again.

What's the correct order? Update virus scan, restart, restore quarantined files . . . ?

If I have to download all again from Big Fish, I'll do that, but it's so time consuming.

This has all been so frustrating, but in my opinion, the worst part is that McAfee has been aware of the issue almost immediately, yet no notice on their home page or support page? Would've been my first move if I was in charge over there . . .

The order you provided should be correct. however, if after restarting and then restoring the files mcafee automatically detects the game, i guess we will have to go through a download and install for the game...

i know how inconvenient and time consuming it is to download and install products again but please do so... sorry for what you've been through but all information you provide through this forum helps a lot to both consumers and mcafee techs...
