Hi,
I am lost. Installed IE9 yesterday and now the SiteAdvisor Toolbar is missing.
Have tried everything that I could find on here, such as uninstalling SA and then re-installing it, made sure it is enabled, even re-installed IE. No change. Also, tried activating 3rd party cookies like another post suggests, but still not an option on the toolbar selection popup menu.
Please help.
Regards

Hi Guys,
Resolved via chat.
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Enable third-party browser extensions - Switched on and then toolbar came back.
Thanks for the help.

Not to worry, Gerrie. Do you have any other browser installed on your computer and let me know if Site Advisor toolbar is appeared on other browser.
Hi Jayadeep,
I only have and use Microsoft IE with Windows Vista Home Basic SP2.

Is this 32 or 64-bit Windows? If the latter, only use the 32-bit version of IE. (Both are listed in Start/All Programs). Make sure it's enabled along with SA BHO under Tools/Manage Add-ons, and assuming its checked when you right-click the top toolbar maybe it's off screen or squashed out of view. Try unlocking the toolbars and moving things to make space.
Hi Peter,
It is 32-bit and had a look by unlocking/moving toolbars, but nothing there.
Going into Tools/Manage Add-ons all the McAfee options are enabled SiteAdvisor, Phishing Filter, Scriptproxy and BHO. Not showing up when I right-click the top toolbar at all. Only Menu, Favourite, Command and Status there to select.
Thanks and Regards
That's odd. Unless Jayadeep has an idea I suggest contacting Technical Support Chat via Useful Links at the top of this page.
Gerrie, as Peter told, it needs some diagnose on your computer and it will be good if you contact us through the chat .
