SA does not pass windows logo test

Running the following:
Windows XP SP3
IE7 & FF3
McAfee Agent 4.0
VirusScan Enterprise & AntiSpyware 8.5.0i
SiteAdvisor 2.8.255

When ever an update is installed on a workstation with Windows XP SP3 we receive a pop up saying the installed software did not pass the windows logo testing. This does not occur on workstations running Vista or XP SP2. The subsequent pop up displays about 10 times before the update is installed.

We could disable our GPO that checks for the windows logo test, however, that is not a viable option in our enterprise. Is there a fix for this issue?

More Information

Just in case you need more information. I verified that the SiteAdvisor updates were causing this by running Process Explorer during the install of the update. Here is the process tree:

*SAService.exe
*sasetup64.exe
*sainst.exe
*mcinst.exe

I monitored this action when SA was being updated from 1.7 to 2.8.255 by our EPO.

RE: More Information

Those versions of SA are not integrated into ePO. The updates were coming from the SA site directly.
Only the SAE product uses ePO and it doesn't update the client software.

RE: More Information

Thanks Raja for clarifying the update source but do you know why the update would not pass the windows logo test for XP SP3? Every other McAfee product works. Just seems odd that SA updates don't pass.

I would hate to have to disable my GPO just for this one product. Thanks for the help.
