Problem with SiteAdvisor download

I have been in contact with McAfee and they are unsure what to do - they will contact me back at a later date. I have a Mac and use Safari. The SiteAdvisor (SA) extension and the tool bar on my web browser have gone. I have reinstalled SA and reset Safari. I have reinstalled McAfee software in full but I am unable to get the extension appear and to run SA tool bar or the  coded reference for search sites and all the extras. Can anyone suggest what to do or try next?

Thanks for your assistance.

Re: Problem with SiteAdvisor download

I have just discovered how to fix the problem , all by myself. I had a cunning plan which worked a treat.

I restored an earlier  version of site advisor then found the extension in the trash? retrived it, reloaded it, set it up and its all working dandy. Im really pleased with my self.
