While I can understand your frustration, we Moderators can do no more that advise you to the best of our capabilities. Which we have done. With all due respect, until you receive notification from the Site Advisor/Trusted Source Team.

Posting your discontent, is not expediating the process, if you will. We can only assist you with-in our capabilities, if you will. We are not "Support" for not only (Site Advisor/Trusted Source) or any other Entity of your McAfee Product.

Yet only are (Volunteers) attempting to offer suggestions/advice to further assist one/all in a resolution to your particular issues. I say these comments with all respect to your concerns.

I might add, that I can bring your issue up during our Conference call today.

I am not frustrated at anyone in person, I am frustrated at the progress. Sorry if I looked like that.

In my last message I meant I am just trying to understand what the progress is.

Thank you for bringing my issue up.

The re-evaluation process is explained here -

http://www.siteadvisor.com/webmasters/index.html

I can't say how long it will be before your domain is given a Green rating. As I said, between 2010 and 2012 the domain name was implicated in a possibly malicious operation - numerous websites had hidden code planted in them in iframes causing a browser redirection to this domain, from where the browser was again redirected to one or more websites. This is typical behaviour for many malware programs. Here is an example of what was happening -

https://www.badwarebusters.org/main/itemview/14995

Your site is now, however, a simple one and has no malicious code in it. The IP address has changed twice since 2012 according to VirusTotal, which may be one reason for delaying the Green rating.

See  https://www.virustotal.com/en/domain/mysterio.info/information/  (14 November 2014)

The number of AV vendors flagging the site was high in July, but only one did so in September -

17 July 2014 -

https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/548bee12f326733446af298c1e39e3ebc43d43731c29fe67e79dde35862846a0/...

27 September 2014 -

https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/5dd6c7ae6a9f6109d045fa7a3741ce224eac5635f3cebab6baf29a89d8624eb4/...

So SiteAdvisor is just being cautious.

The SiteAdvisor advice is to wait for a further 10 days at least after receiving a "No-close" email to see if the site goes Green.

Having just read Fellow Moderator Hayton reply, please know that he is most knowledgable in regards to Site Advisor/Trusted Source. As a matter of fact, Hayton is the individual whom I was referring to in earlier discussions in regards to your issues.

Just thought I would add that...

Yes, thank you both!

This may look unprofessional, but, since the owner/host has changed after the bad rating was done, why isn't the bad rating cleaned/deleted? I mean, the rating was done before I got that domain.

My domain is at Namecheap and I am hosted at Hostgator, will it help contacting/asking them?

Again, this is a Question that either Hayton could address, or the Site Advisor Team.

Not passing the "Buck" if you will.....
