My website is blacklisted

Dear support,

Thank you for your great service! Our website is currently blacklisted and categorized under "Spyware/Adware/Keyloggers" and "PUPs (potentially unwanted programs)".

We already contacted you via https://trustedsource.org/ without any response yet.

 

Can you please review the website correctly or provide us the more details about the problem?

Hi @karthikeyan_J ,

Thank you for your effort. Can you please let me know how I can view the process of the ticket? I don't have any account on  http://trustedsource.org/ that is connected to the ticket (#2204279).

Our customer can't use our product right now because of the blacklist. He is using this product:"McAfee SiteAdvisor/Web Control (Enterprise)".

Can you please give me a ticket update?
