My site has been marked as malicious

That is correct, I was reading the other day on FAQ and find out that we should use www.trustedsource.org (and not the email above provided) for this. I did it then, after 3 days (which is today) I got a reply and my issue is resolved. Site is now listed as safe with a nice little green there:

http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/http://efhamcomputer.net/

The issue now is that facebook appears to be relying on this (if someone can confirm its so, please do), currently when I try to post my link to my facebook page I get:

The content you're trying to share includes a link that our security systems detected to be unsafe:

http://efhamcomputer.net/

Please remove this link to continue.

If you think you're seeing this by mistake, please let us know.

Does anyone know if I need to wait a bit more for facebook to re-read new data from siteadvisory?

Yes. Facebook has its own database which gets updated at regular intervals by SiteAdvisor, so there is almost always a delay before Facebook catches up.
