My computer is infected with Myway and Livesafe is not detecting it

Dear helpdesk,

can you please help and explain how to remove Myway from my computer ? I just ran a full scan but it did not work.

Please follow the below steps which will help to remove browser cookies and cache. If issue persists, reach our Technical Support 

1. Open McAfee
2. Select Privacy on the top
3. Click Remove cookies and trackers 
4. Open the Settings drawer.
5. Select or deselect the cleaning tools you want QuickClean to use for this scan.
   1. • Recycle Bin Cleaner - Deletes items in your Recycle Bin.
      • Temporary Files Cleaner - Deletes all files in your temporary directory.
      • Registry Cleaner - Deletes registry keys no longer associated with a program.
      • Shortcut Cleaner - Deletes shortcuts to folders or programs that no longer exist.
      • Windows History -  Clears the list of recently accessed files.
      • Lost File Fragment Cleaner - Deletes file fragments no longer associated with a program.
      • ActiveX Cleaner - Deletes downloaded ActiveX installers.
      • Flash and Silverlight Cookie Cleaner - Deletes saved Adobe Flash and Microsoft Silverlightcookies.
      • Memory Image Files - Deletes saved images of running processes and programs.
      • Problem report files - Deletes saved Windows and program error reports.
      • Thumbnail cache - Deletes saved icon thumbnail files.
      • For Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome:
        
        
        • Cookie Cleaner - Deletes saved cookies.
        • Cache Cleaner - Deletes your web browser cache.
        • Browser History Cleaner - Clears the list of web sites you have recently visited. 
           
6. Click Apply.
7. Click Clean.
8. You can open the drawers in the Confirm QuickClean window to verify the items listed. If you approve of the selections, click Continue.  
9. Click Done.
