He means click on his name and it opens his profile. On far right is Follow select that and his will then when he is notified you are following him follow you. that will allow him to privately message you.

Can you post a pic of the login box?

The WebAdvisor team says they've had a break-though in figuring out the issue and hope to have a fix in the near future.  If anyone is willing to help us confirm the issue, please reach out to Selvan to set up a remote session.

Note that once we have the fix ready, the fastest way to get it will be to reinstall McAfee WebAdvisor from www.mcafee.com/mcafeewebadvisor using Internet Explorer.

Yep, that just leaves the WebAdvisor issue now. Hoping for a fix soon.

Just a note, since joining this community recently, I have seen been receiving quite a lot of email spam.

,

Since you do not have your personal email address listed publically. Are you receiving emails from the (Community) considered as 'Spam'? Or are you saying that you (Notice) Spam present on the Community/Forum after signing in?

Your input would be most appreciated, and would assist us in making your experience much better.

Thank you,

I have notice more spam in my email spam folder since joining this forum.

It could just be a coincidence. I will keep an eye on it.

It's probably a coincidence. I too am receiving a lot more spam than usual, but it's all coming through a different email account from the one I used to register here. I've also seen reports that one particular botnet that's used to send out spam has been very active recently.
