I am piloting a deployment of SiteAdvisor Enterprise Plus (v 2.0.0.328). I have several users that had it working yesterday but this morning reported it stopped working.
When I checked their systems I found the SiteAdvisor service was not running and would not start. I checked the directory where it runs from and McSACore.exe no longer existed.
I'm running VirusScan 8.5 and Ad-Aware. I checked their logs suspecting they may have flagged it as a false-positive but that was not the case.
Has anyone else seen this occur? Any thoughts on why this may have happened.
