I use Firefox 98% and Edge 2% of the time. Web advisor doesn't work on either.

Are you only or mainly using Chrome? Does WebAdvisor work in another browser?

Okay, that rules out one major source of WA issues.

What version is your FF, and what does the Add-on for WebAdvisor show (version, warning messages, whatever)? I know little of Edge but if WA doesn't work there I wouldn't be overly surprised. Let's concentrate on Firefox.
