I have been using McAfee WebAdvisor for a few years, but in past month, my Google Chrome browser started to having problems with freezing. I find out that in this situations, Chrome use 100% of my CPU (respectivaly 100% of my CPU is used at the moment, Chrome itsefl use like 70%).
I found out on the internet, that the most likely cause of this is that some of my extensions is not working properly. I tested tham anf find out that it is McAfee WebAdvisor that is causing it. Do anyone know how to solve this?

Kindly try clearing the browser cookies and caches also try resetting the browser and remove the Extension from the browser , enable the Web advisor extension and share the outcome .

@Nagesh_G I have had the same problem and had done all the steps you suggested. the second time I even installed my user data for the chrome browser but the solution only seems to be to disable the extension. Also, this is not limited to chrome as I had tested edge for it too. Please resolve this problem
