Your solution to open at ticket on trustedsource.org was absolutely the correct course of action.
As for your question, I think that you're asking us to 'whitelist' your website (please correct me if my understanding is incorrect).
You can whitelist a website on your computer by clicking "Visit anyway" on the Whoa! redirect page. This means that your own computer will trust that site.
However, we cannot whitelist a website in the WebAdvisor system.
You didn't mention what the previous red/dangerous warning was based on, but if you avoid that trigger when you update your website, it won't get flagged as dangerous for that same reason.
