Literally impossible to work with McAfee!!!

It's over a month now and still no success in removing my domain from your blacklist. You are the only company in the world who is blacklisting my domain, I had to create an account to request blacklist removal, then I had to create another account because you did nothing and to be able to post here, then you wanted a ticket number, then you wanted my domain name and when I gave you everything you asked for, you are just ignoring it. 

Awful company and terrible to work with.

It is almost a year now, and nothing was done. I will take legal actions if you won't solve this ASAP.
