Just installed Siteadvisor in new laptop and does not work as in the old one

Hi,

I just installed siteadvisor for Google Chrome (Extension) and Firefox (Add-on).

When I search in google (or any other search engine) it is not showing the green/yellow/red/"?" marks to indicate whether the site in the search result is safe or not. Also, the McAfee icon (at the top right of the browser for google chrome, for example) does not turn green when going to safe sites (like google.com)....Version installed was the latest (3.6.2.168). In my old laptop this is working fine (Version 3.5.x) .

If I click the McAfee icon and select "Site Advisor Report", it works, taking me to siteadvisor.com and telling me if the site I am in is safe or not.

Any ideas?...The Extension/Add-on in Google Chrome and Firefox are enabled!

Thanks

Bernardo

It's possible the SA servers were down at the time, that would cause gray icons or no icons.

Did you try uninstalling completely and then reinstalling?
