How to whitelist exe from the McAfee Web advisor

We are creating digitally signed .exe application and delivering the exe file through website. User can download this exe from the website. the process is continuing for the last 5 years. But one of the customers found "We found that there might be viruses, spyware, or other potentially unwanted programs in the file you are trying to download. " message when he tried to download the application from the website. McAfee Web advisor displayed this message.
I think we need to whitelist our app in the McAfee in order to remove this message. How can I add our application to the whitelist? What all are the process we need to follow to whitelist exe. for all other users?

Thanks for the quick reply.

wbs5-51-0-1.exe is the current exe name. installer name always start with "wbs5"  and we are adding the version information at the end. This version number will change for each and every release. next version will be "wbs5-52-0-0".exe or "wbs5-51-2-0".

@Roshil

Seems the URLs do.am and sitename.do.am has been reviewed and reputation changed to "Minimal Risk". Please check and update us.
