We are creating digitally signed .exe application and delivering the exe file through website. User can download this exe from the website. the process is continuing for the last 5 years. But one of the customers found "We found that there might be viruses, spyware, or other potentially unwanted programs in the file you are trying to download. " message when he tried to download the application from the website. McAfee Web advisor displayed this message.
I think we need to whitelist our app in the McAfee in order to remove this message. How can I add our application to the whitelist? What all are the process we need to follow to whitelist exe. for all other users?
Please let us know the .exe file name which is blocked by McAfee WebAdvisor.

Siva
